Thank you to our wonderful volunteers

We truly appreciate our volunteers and their gift of time.  Hospice wants to make each volunteer opportunity fit the person, and if it doesn’t, we are flexible. Try something new!  We want all the volunteers to feel valued. Each month from September to May, we have a gathering to bring an educational speaker in to offer information or a learning experience for our volunteers. This is a time for the community of volunteers to come together and share stories or experiences, and it can build friendships. We recognize our volunteers every other year with a Volunteer Application celebration with a catered lunch or weekend BBQ.  A time to give back with a sit-down meal, door prizes, and celebrating our Volunteers.
